capsaTerms of Use
Account opening on capsa begins with email verification, identity verification (KYC), and selection of a deposit method. By registering, you agree to our terms governing account management, market participation, deposits, withdrawals, and dispute resolution. Our service is available only where local law permits, and users are responsible for verifying compliance with their own jurisdiction's regulations.
We at capsa set out these terms to establish clear expectations around account conduct, market settlement, payment processing, and user rights. These terms apply to all users accessing capsa via web or mobile app. If you do not accept these terms, do not register or use our platform.
We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law.
Account Registration and Conduct
When you register for capsa, you provide an email address, create a password, and supply personal details for identity verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security. You may not share your account with other users, use automated tools to access our platform, or attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities.
We at capsa reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect fraud, abuse, underage participation, or violation of these terms. Suspension or termination is at our sole discretion. If your account is terminated, your balance is held pending investigation and returned to your original payment method if no violation is confirmed.
You are responsible for ensuring that your participation on capsa complies with your own jurisdiction's law. We do not offer our services in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. If you access capsa from a restricted jurisdiction, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing
capsa accepts deposits via eight payment methods: QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank virtual accounts (mobile banking, Mandini, local payment, online payment). Each method carries its own processing timeline and terms. E-wallets typically settle within one to five minutes; bank transfers settle during banking hours. You may deposit from your own verified payment account only—we do not accept third-party payments.
Withdrawals follow the same payment channels as deposits. You may withdraw your account balance at any time, subject to account verification and fraud checks. Withdrawal requests are processed according to your chosen payment method's timeline. We do not hold settled balances or impose withdrawal caps. However, withdrawals are subject to verification and may be delayed if our compliance team flags your account for review.
During peak periods—Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or major tournament windows—payment processing may experience minor delays. Plan your deposits and withdrawals with this in mind. All transactions are recorded in your account history and remain accessible indefinitely. If a payment fails or is reversed by your bank, we are not responsible for the loss.

Market Participation and Settlement
Our capsa platform covers football sportsbook (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, Piala Indonesia, Piala Asia, Premier League), live-dealer tables (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger), slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), esports (Mobile Legends Pro League, Free Fire World Series, PUBG Mobile), and lottery draws (Japan Pools, regional draws).
Market entries are settled according to official league sources, certified RNG results for slots, live-dealer outcomes, or official lottery draw records. All markets settle within 48 hours of completion. We do not accept disputes based on personal interpretation—only corrections supported by official league statements are considered.
If a market is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled by the official source, we adjust your entries accordingly. Postponed markets remain active for the new date unless you request withdrawal. Cancelled markets close and entries are refunded to your account balance. We do not reimburse entries for external events (weather, injury, etc.) unless the official source cancels the fixture.
We at capsa settle all markets according to official sources and published procedures. Settlement is final within 48 hours.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
capsa may offer promotional bonuses or welcome incentives to new or existing users. Any bonus offer is subject to terms specific to that promotion. We do not guarantee any bonus amount or rate. Bonus terms are published separately and form part of these overall terms when accepted. Bonuses may carry minimum turnover requirements, market restrictions, or other conditions. If you accept a bonus, you agree to its specific terms.
We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice. If you believe a bonus has been applied incorrectly, contact our support team within seven days. Bonus disputes submitted after seven days are not considered.
Dispute Resolution and Complaints
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your capsa account, deposits, withdrawals, market settlement, or any other aspect of our service, contact our support team with full details. You may reach us via email or live chat available through our platform. Our team responds to complaints within one business day.
We undertake to investigate all complaints fairly and transparently. If we uphold your complaint, we will correct the error and adjust your account balance. If we do not uphold your complaint, we will explain our decision in writing. Complaint decisions are final within 14 days of submission.
If you are not satisfied with our complaint decision, you may escalate to an external dispute resolution body where one exists in your jurisdiction. However, we do not accept disputes based on disagreement with market odds, market margins, or house edge on slot or live-dealer games. These are disclosed and fixed at market entry.
